Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
Proof of purchase (order ID/bill) is available
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
Used, washed, or damaged items
Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive products
Items bought during clearance or sale (unless defective)
Custom or personalized orders
3. Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos as proof
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund
4. Return Process
To request a return:
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days
For COD orders, refund may be issued via bank transfer/UPI
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone
Provide your order ID, reason, and photos (if applicable)
Our team will guide you on pickup or shipping the product back
Return pickup availability depends on your location. In some cases, you may need to self-ship the product.
6. Exchange Option
If you want an exchange (size/color):
It will be subject to stock availability
Exchange will follow the same inspection process as returns
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:
First check your bank/UPI/card account
Then contact your bank or payment provider
If unresolved, contact us for assistance
